Practice, Practice, Practice!!!

Humans are perfect as they are

I am perfect as I am!!!

Humans are born free

I am born of freedom

Humans are trustworthy

I am trustworthy

Humans are light

I am light

Humans are dark

I am dark

Humans are alive

I am alive

Humans are powerful

I am powerful 

Humans are divine

I am divine

Humans are love

I am love!!!

At its core Love Before ALL (LBA) aims to reignite individual power by reconnecting humans to their inner love, & encouraging them to see that because of breath, nothing can sever their connection to their source. 

For a long, long time, I resisted the fact that I was human despite all of the daily evidence to the contrary. The universe saw fit to introduce me to a series of books, written by Don Miguel Ruiz, Sr, & Jr, and they told me I was a perfect human being exactly as I was in this moment. I would continue to be the perfect human being in the next moment, and in the moment after that & the one after that, too. That message settled so quickly & so easefully in my body that it began to shift the way that I related to the world. I became acutely aware of all the masks I wore in my interactions with the world & with myself. Through that awareness, I started developing a willingness to love the world as it presented itself & to also love me as I was showing up. Through that love, my heart opened and reconnected me to my internal power and love which offered me the ability to manifest what I want and seek while gathering useful wisdom to strengthen my awareness.

  Awareness, Internal Power, & wisdom have given me access to unimaginable self-love that helps me believe that I am perfect as I am; THAT I AM FREE; THAT I AM LOVED, and that all thoughts to the contrary are false.

Awareness helped me discern that self-growth & perfection are not mutually exclusive because I am exactly who I need to be now to drive my self-growth. You are exactly who you need to be now to drive MY self-growth. So, we are both perfect in this moment. 

Internal power helped me discern my self-growth is set at my pace and is always my choice. As we relate, I channel my internal power to stand firm in who I am regardless of how you are showing up.

Wisdom helped me discern that the information I am taking in about your limitations as we relate is not ammunition to drive disconnection, it is clarity needed to strengthen self-love & be a powerful influencer to strengthen others’ commitment to love. 

Humans are Love!!!
